Hey! As you know I recently switched companies. Well, more like made some major life changes. It was SCARY and the thought of starting over was a little overwhelming but I was so excited. I wanted to share some of what I did because I realize people make changes in network marketing but also in business and if you are in sales or you are serving people then this will also relate to you.
The best news I have for you or anyone that’s making a move. It’s almost the same as when you started the first time. However, you get to have the skill set that you have acquired at your recent company and you will probably have some great relationships building skills if you found any bit of success there.
When ever I am restarting or starting over momentum is key! Action=momentum.
You will want to let people know you are leaving or have left and are starting something new. You can do this personally through calls or texts to your friends and family and I would recommend using any social platforms that you might have.
The best thing you can do it so create some intrigue. What does that look like? It’s texting them and saying hey I started something new I would love to talk with you about. Or if you get their voice mail leaving something like:
“Hey girl! I know its been a while since we connected. You were on my mind I actually started with a new company and want to chat with you about what I am doing”
You don’t want to leave what company you are with or what you are doing on the VM because then she has no reason to call you back she could just look up online and determine if she wants more information or not.
Guess what this is the same for social media. You want to give a little info but want them to reach out to you to see what you are doing so that you can really explain it. Some products people just won’t get though looking online, because you don’t know what you don’t know.
Something else you want to make sure you do when you go to a new company is go through the first 4 steps to complete when launching your business freebie.
Redefine your why
Think about your business hours
Figure out your concerns and fears
Make a list of everyone that you know

The biggest thing with the transition is getting the word out so people start to understand what it is you are doing. Most of your warm market already loves, knows and trusts you so it’s communicating what you are doing.
I would also ensure you are tracking those that you are connecting with and keeping track of conversations so you can follow up and start running this new business like a business from the very beginning…
There are some great videos on my youtube if you don’t have a system for managing you leads or follow ups.
Good luck with your new company!
